IADIS International Conference e-Society 2010

The IADIS e-Society 2010 conference aims to address the main issues of concern within the Information Society. This conference covers both the technical as well as the non-technical aspects of the Information Society. Broad areas of interest are eSociety and Digital Divide, eBusiness / eCommerce, eLearning, New Media and E-Society, Digital Services in eESociety, eGovernment /eGovernance, eHealth, Information Systems, and Information Management. These broad areas are divided into more detailed areas (see below). However innovative contributes that don't fit into these areas will also be considered since they might be of benefit to conference attendees.

Our auto observation tool for scientific communities contains at present 1594 projects, of which 238 are newsfeeds, 95 newsletters, 533 web sites, 74 mailinglists and 654 blogs. The number of caught entries totals 166140 for the feeds, of which 2407 were retrieved last week. For the newsletters totals 3925 entries, of which 16 were retrieved last week, for the mailinglists there are 110228 entries, of which 404 last week and for the blogs there are 251652 entries, of which 426 last week.
The feed project with the highest activity level last week was Handelsblatt.com, with 1203 entries, 181 more than the top-project of the week before - Handelsblatt.com. The top mailinglist project last week was LM_NET: Library media specialist information exchange, with 293 entries, 2 less than the top-project of the week before - LM_NET: Library media specialist information exchange. The top blog project last week was Marginal Revolution, with 29 entries, 38 less than the top-project of the week before - Read/WriteWeb.
