The world is becoming more and more 'digital'. The digital technology has transformed the entire world to a new reality. Almost all sectors like journalism, banking, finance, manufacturing, health care, education, entertainment etc are influenced by digital revolution. It is essential to examine a variety of business, technical, legal and all other related issues and seek to identify the opportunities and challenges in the movement toward being digital. We also look and understand how a number of enterprises spawned by digital technology to learn about how they function. he digital revolution. The research on digital enterprises and technology will lead us in the next generation and to have a perception on how and where digital technology is heading. Our auto observation tool for scientific communities contains at present 1594 projects, of which 238 are newsfeeds, 95 newsletters, 533 web sites, 74 mailinglists and 654 blogs. The number of caught entries totals 191746 for the feeds, of which 2980 were retrieved last week. For the newsletters totals 4120 entries, of which 7 were retrieved last week, for the mailinglists there are 115942 entries, of which 339 last week and for the blogs there are 260420 entries, of which 382 last week.
The feed project with the highest activity level last week was Handelsblatt.com, with 1324 entries, 41 less than the top-project of the week before - Handelsblatt.com. The top mailinglist project last week was LM_NET: Library media specialist information exchange, with 197 entries, 56 less than the top-project of the week before - LM_NET: Library media specialist information exchange. The top blog project last week was Read/WriteWeb, with 47 entries, 20 less than the top-project of the week before - Read/WriteWeb.
