Carlos Delgado Kloos

Prof. Carlos Delgado Kloos is Full Professor of Telematic Engineering at the Carlos III University of Madrid. He also holds the Nokia Chair and is Director of the Department of Telematics Engineering and the Master of Electronic Commerce program. He is active in many research projects with intercontinental, European, national and bilateral funding. He is presently the coordinator of the E-LANE project, a European-funded initiative to set up e-Learning demonstration initiatives in Latin America. He has published over 120 articles in national and international conferences and journals and has written a book and co-edited five. Carlos holds a Dr. Ing. Telecomunicación from the Technical University of Madrid and Dr. rer. nat. (in Computer Science) from the Technical University of Munich. He is a member of the .LRN Board of Directors.
